Last night marked the debut of Monday Night Raw, WWE's flagship show, on Netflix.

The streaming platform has been criticised as recently as last November for its frequent inability to provide a stable live broadcast.

Heading into the Netflix premiere, many wrestling fans wondered how the show would play out technically — and if it would still capture the energy and excitement viewers are looking for from the sport.

Today on Commotion, culture critics Pablo The Don and David Dennis Jr. join host Elamin Abdelmahmoud to discuss how this event sets up a new era for the WWE.
