Montreal was hit hard by the snowstorm that swept through southern Quebec

Schools were closed, many flights were cancelled and authorities advised people to stay off the roads if possible as a snow storm slammed southern Quebec. Montreal was hit hard by wind and snow accumulation, but residents made the best of it.
