Missing person last seen in December in Winnipeg, police say

Winnipeg police are asking for help finding a missing person last seen in Winnipeg almost a month ago.

Winnipeg police are asking for help finding a missing person last seen in Winnipeg almost a month ago.

Kassandra Harper, 28, was last seen on Dec. 14, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the area of Inkster Boulevard and Powers Street in north Winnipeg, and is known to frequent the city's downtown area, the Winnipeg Police Service said in an alert Friday.

Harper is five feet six inches tall, with a thin build and black hair. Harper was last seen wearing a black jacket, black top, black pants and white sneakers, and carrying a black book bag, the alert said.

Police said they're concerned for Harper's well-being, and are asking anyone with information about Harper's whereabouts to contact police at 204-986-6250.
