2 people found dead in Portage la Prairie home

A man and a woman were found dead inside a home in Portage la Prairie on Sunday and RCMP are investigating. Mounties in the southern Manitoba city were called to a home on Oak Bay around 10:30 p.m., a news release from RCMP said on Monday.

A man and a woman were found dead inside a home in Portage la Prairie on Sunday and RCMP are investigating.

Mounties in the southern Manitoba city were called to a home on Oak Bay around 10:30 p.m., a news release from RCMP said on Monday.

A 42-year-old man and 37-year-old woman were found inside, Mounties said.

RCMP say there is no concern for public safety.

Portage la Prairie Mounties, as well as the RCMP's major crimes and forensic units, are investigating.
