Juliet Oppong-Nuako is a teacher at Pierre Elliott Trudeau Elementary School. She works in a special needs classroom (the SEEDs classroom) that seeks to develop emotionally healthy habits, self-regulation skills and academic ability of students. She believes strongly in developing emotional intelligence by allowing ourselves (and each other) to express our emotions freely and in connecting with others by building relationships.
