Charges dropped for three men arrested by Agent 728

Charges have been dropped against the three men arrested following an altercation last fall with the Montreal police officer known as "Officer 728."

Constable Stéfanie Trudeau was suspended after video of her dealings with Serge Lavoie, Simon Pagé and Rudy Occhietti in their apartment building on Papineau Avenue went viral online.

Trudeau was arrested last month on an unrelated charge. She was later released from custody after she agreed to undergo psychiatric treatment and to stay away from members of the Montreal police service.
