Car stolen from driveway and set on fire on Bell Island

A stolen car was found burning on Bell Island early Tuesday morning.

The RCMP said they found the vehicle on fire on Quigley's Line.

Bell Island Fire Department managed to extinguish the flames, but the car was damaged beyond repair.

An investigation revealed the vehicle had been stolen from a driveway of a home on Bell Island.

Anyone with information is being asked to call the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
