Friends, strangers rally to retrieve missing boat in Halifax's Northwest Arm

Virginia Palango got a call from a friend who was stuck in transit, trying to return home to Nova Scotia after post-tropical storm Lee. The mooring on his boat had broken during the storm and now it was missing. Palango and others then went out in search of the boat.
