Google Street View captures the Rideau Canal

Parks Canada is working with Google to give internet users around the world a new view of the Rideau Canal.

Google's Street View cameras, normally seen driving roads around the globe, were mounted on a backpack and walked through Ottawa's locks on Tuesday.

Google's cameras filmed inside Parliament Hill's Centre Block in the spring, including the Prime Minister's Office.
