P.E.I.'s NDP has delivered an official criminal complaint to the RCMP in connection with the government's efforts to become a centre of e-gaming regulation.
The e-gaming initiative of 2009-12 was the subject of a scathing report of the auditor general earlier this month.

The NDP believe the activities of the government at the time steps over the line into criminality.
"We will continue to represent Islanders who want the truth," said Leader Mike Redmond in a news release.
"Given the information at our disposal we feel an investigation is warranted and charges will eventually be laid."
RCMP acknowledged they received the complaint. They said they are reviewing it and it is too early to say if they will launch an investigation.
