A fundraising campaign to promote men's health, called Movember, is underway again.

Money raised is directed to programs on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and physical inactivity.

As part of a new focus for the campaign, participants may also (besides growing a moustache) undertake some fitness activities.

Fitness trainer Adam Kletchko, who is also the chair of Regina's Movember campaign, calls the new challenge MOVE-ember.

"In general, MOVE-ember's main goal is to get men active and healthy," Kletchko said Sunday on day one of the campaign. "This is more of a direct action. Getting them out there and moving."

Kletchko is offering a MOVE-ember Boot Camp workout every Sunday.
