It's not easy being head coach of the Saskatchewan Roughriders

It's not easy being the head coach in the CFL's most passionate province.

On Monday, Corey Chamblin learned that lesson first-hand when he was fired by the Saskatchewan Roughriders following an 0-9 start.

Bob Dyce was named the interim head coach until the end of the season.

While Chamblin's coaching stint was cut short — his contract had been extended to 2017 — his tenure was anything but short when compared to past head coaches in Riderville.

From Kent Austin's one season of glory to Greg Marshall's eight games of despair, few coaches lasted as long as Chamblin.
