'Super chill' Norm Kelly adorns Michigan teen's phone case

—@Juan_JuakefieldCoun. Norm Kelly, a Michigan teenager and a smartphone case — like many things involving the prolific-tweeting Kelly, they just aren't the norm.
Jon Wakefield needed a case for his new smartphone so he dropped $40 on a customized one prominently featuring Kelly's face because he "seems super chill," the 16-year-old said.

"A little bit expensive for a phone case, but I don't mind."
"It took awhile to find a good photo of Norm that was a high enough resolution, but I eventually found one."
Wakefield said he got wind of Kelly during the Drake-Meek Mill beef the 74-year-old councillor waded into.
"I just like Norm because of the Drake versus Meek Mill rap beef," he said.
It seems Kelly approves of the teen's new phone case.
"It was pretty cool when Norm retweeted it," he said.
