A civilian member of the Windsor Police Service (WPS) has been charged with fraud, the force said Wednesday.

A civilian member of the Windsor Police Service (WPS) has been charged with fraud, the force said Wednesday.
According to WPS, the force's fleet manager — James Brush — has been an employee for 17 years.
He was arrested on two fraud-related charges following an internal investigation by the Windsor Police Financial Crimes Unit.
The accused has been charged with fraud over $5,000 and unauthorized use of a corporate credit card.
Police said the charges were laid on Tuesday. His next court date is Aug. 2.
The accused has been suspended with pay pending the outcome of the investigation, police say.
In a news release, police said the force will not comment or release further information at this time as the matter is now before the court.
