The extravagant comedies Birdman and The Grand Budapest Hotel are tied for the most Oscar nominations with nine each, the U.S. Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences revealed Jan. 15, 2015, from Hollywood. The 87th annual Academy Awards air on Feb. 22.
