The head of the NICU at Gaza's Al-Shifa hospital says if it doesn't receive assistance soon, the lack of basic medical supplies combined with the constant threat of power outages will result in a 'huge catastrophe' in the department, which looks after dozens of underweight and vulnerable infants who require around-the-clock care.
