There's new hope for people living with uterine fibroids in Alberta. Doctors at the Misericordia Community Hospital are the first in the province to offer 'Acessa,' a new, less-invasive procedure that can treat debilitating symptoms such as fatigue, heavy bleeding and constant pain.
