A family is speaking out after an 84-year-old Indigenous man from Pasqua First Nation had his braids cut off at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton last May. They say they found Dexter Adams' braids in the garbage. Adams passed away in hospital five weeks after it happened.
