John Moore, of Inuvik, announced as Green Party's N.W.T. candidate
The Green Party's candidate in the Northwest Territories riding for the 2015 federal election will be John Moore, a party spokesperson confirmed.
Moore is the executive director of the Inuvik Youth Centre
John Moore, of Inuvik, will represent the Green Party in the Northwest Territories riding for the 2015 federal election, a party spokesperson confirmed to CBC Friday.
Moore was the executive director of the Inuvik Youth Centre. He's also a volunteer firefighter. He was not immediately available for an interview.
The Green Party is the last of the four parties that are expected to field a candidate in all ridings to announce their candidate for the Northwest Territories.
Moore joins incumbent NDP candidate Dennis Bevington, Liberal candidate Michael McLeod, Floyd Roland of the Conservative Party, and Bob Stewart, of the Libertarian Party, as announced candidates in the riding.
