The latest Tom Cruise action movie, Edge of Tomorrow, has hit theatres to positive reviews, with some calling the summer blockbuster his best film in years. Of course, the action-packed flick is far from his first hit. Classics like Risky Business, Top Gun, A Few Good Men and the Mission Impossible franchise made Cruise a household name. 

But after many celebrated performances, Tom Cruise's reputation as an actor has taken a hit -- and some partly blame the internet.
